Accountability for ICE-Corporate profit scandals & abuse

I'm alarmed by the profit incentives and scope for greed, fraud, and corporate enrichment underlying the ICE concentration camps and kidnappings. I'm writing to ask the new Congress to investigate this at all levels and then use all the tools available to bring remedies and accountability-- including subpoenas, criminal referrals and legislation. Recently reporting has uncovered cases where private corps like CoreCivic sell their facilities to the government way over market price, then rent them back and get hired to keep running the prisons. This is not right. Take this example: 2025: CORECIVIC OFFERS MINNESOTA THIS EMPTY PRISON FOR $75M. MINNESOTA SAYS NO. 2026: TRUMP'S DHS PAYS $495.6M. THEN HIRES CORECIVIC TO RUN IT. This scheme also gives states less control of the concentration camps operated by ICE with their boundaries. Look at these sums: SELLING THE BUILDING IS THE BONUS. RUNNING IT IS THE BUSINESS. Dilley, TX (CoreCivic) family detention, reopened 2025 $180M/yr Appleton, MN (CoreCivic) 5-year contract $75M/уг 2034 Adelanto, CA (GEO) contract runs through CoreCivic's ICE revenue doubled in a year: $120M to $245M a quarter. We need accountability for every level of the ICE abuses starting as soon as possible. Please reply to let me know how you will accomplish that. Ultimately I ask you to claw back the outrageous sums given to ICE, dissolve ICE, enable investigations and prosecution at every level and start from scratch.
