Request you introduce legislation to immediately stop to all illegal and unconstitutional actions in Venezuela. Trump’s action against VenezuelaIt is not a war; there was no approval for a war from congress. Therefore, the illegal operation is also unconstitutional. Future engagement of any kind has not been and should not be funded by US Congress. There is no budgetary provision to support Trump’s actions. There is no revenue or other provision in the US Constitution to take assets (such as oil or rare minerals) of another country. Hence, such an act by Trump (or any US POTUS) will be unconstitutional and cannot be authorized by congress.   Done
