Question about starting a federal program to monitor children's playgrounds

Thousands of children go missing every year in America. As politicians, I am sure you are no stranger to the complicated prioritization of taxpayer funds. I would like to ask you if you think that a federal program aimed at installing cameras on public playgrounds would be appropriate? It seems these days that unless some footage is captured of a crime the chances of solving that crime are very low. Thank you in advance for your time.
