An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Restore Sections 9 and 10 to Congressional Website of the Constitution!

124 so far! Help us get to 250 signers!

I saw this on BlueSky and vetted this! Sections 9 and 10 on Habeas Corpus and judicial review of unlawful detention have been removed from the official congressional website on the Constitution! Does this regime think that by editing the website they can delete these basic rights, or do they just want to make it harder to read about them? See for yourself! If you try to look them up with the old links you get a Page Not Found error! https://constitution.congress.gov/browse/article-1/section-9/ https://constitution.congress.gov/browse/article-1/section-10/ The summaries of these sections have also been deleted from the main page! https://constitution.congress.gov/constitution/ We must DEMAND that these be restored and that these cheap authoritarian stunts be stopped!
