Ceasefire before Biden loses the election for Democrats and to save human life

President Joe Biden is going to lose this next election for the Democrats. His stance on Israel, while the world is watching what does now look to be a genocide in Gaza—led by the dangerous and dictatorial Netanyahu—is undermining his legacy and his chances for reelection, as well as, quite possibly, chances for any other Democrat who would run in his place. And I do hope someone is thinking of running in his place! Biden is losing Progressive voters by the minute; you all are losing people of color by the minute; just as we are losing Palestinians—mothers, grandmothers, aunts, and uncles and children and babies by the minute. Does Biden want to be known as the one who enabled the genocide of Palestinian people? Will this be his legacy? The world is watching. Is he calculating AIPAC funding against the loss of progressive votes? What a cynical calculation! And truly, to what benefit is this for Israel? For their safety and security? Now they will be pulled into a regional war by their current clown-car government. How many more must die on all sides?? Will hostages and US citizens continue to be sacrificed? At least let him end this war and allow someone else to run in his stead for 2024. Everything is at stake: climate crisis, neo-fascism in the United States, human rights in the United States, human rights everywhere, support for Ukraine, everything is at stake! Wake up! Ceasefire now!
