Your replies suck

You need to hire new staff. Your replies are pathetic, and remind me of a kid who didn't do the reading trying to answer a question on a test. Replying to a letter by summarizing what the letter was about and giving no new information or opinion is not actually answering any questions. People do not write to you just to have the problem they wrote about to be regurgitated back at them. Also, your staff should make sure that when they're copy/pasting paragraphs together that they ensure the font remains the same throughout the letter. They couldn't make it any more obvious that either you have no solutions, don't really care about the issue, or at best you just haven't relayed to them your plans to address things.
