No arms sale to the Saudis! Protect innocent lives. Support S.J.Res. 31!

I hear that the Senate is voting soon on legislation to reject President Biden’s attempt to sell Saudi Arabia MILLIONS of dollars in air-to-air missiles and missile launchers.  I’m writing to strongly encourage the Senator to support the Joint Resolution of Disapproval, S.J.Res. 31, which would block the sale of $650 million worth of air-to-air missiles and missile launchers to Saudi Arabia. This sale would send Saudi Arabia — and the world — exactly the WRONG message, in essence rewarding the Saudi regime for its significant human rights abuses with U.S.-made missiles.  And that’s not all: it will also exacerbate the situation in Yemen by pouring more weapons into the region, continuing an egregious trend of U.S. complicity that has already driven the world’s largest humanitarian crisis and caused tens of thousands of deaths. Please, support the Join Resolution and oppose this sale. Thanks.
