Block the Yosemite Land Giveaway to Kingsbarn Realty

The Trump administration is reportedly working to hand a parcel of Yosemite National Park land to Kingsbarn Realty Capital, a Nevada-based developer whose CEO wants to cut a private road through the park to access his adjacent 83-acre plot. This is not a land exchange — it's a giveaway to a well-connected developer, and it sets a precedent that every national park is up for grabs. Yosemite is not real estate. These lands are sacred to Indigenous peoples who have called this place home for thousands of years. The federal government has already taken enough. Handing pieces of it to wealthy donors is a betrayal of every American who has ever hiked a trail, camped under those skies, or simply knew these places existed and felt richer for it. If this domino falls, no park is safe. I want you to publicly oppose this proposal, demand full transparency on any negotiations between the Interior Department and Kingsbarn, and use every legislative tool available to prevent this transfer from moving forward. Our parks belong to the people — not to monied developers profiting off Trump's donor class.
