Fund Care, Not Killing! Divest from ICE and the military

I am writing to you to demand that you defund ICE and divest from our imperialist military that is harming people across the globe, in countries such as Palestine, Cuba, Iran, and Venezuela, among others. I demand that you invest that money in the American people instead. Your job description explicitly includes serving the needs of the people, but you seem to be serving big donors who will help you make a profit. Many voters are fed up with the establishment and its prioritization of profit over the lives of human beings, and demand a more ethical investment of our tax dollars. We do not want our money to go towards genocides, forever wars, or ICE, we want resources for the people.
