Guns and Violence

Violence should never be tolerated. The person arrested at Kavanaugh’s home should be locked away for a very long time. McConnell wants a bill passed “today” to protect SCOTUS. I’m on board with that. What I have a serious problem with is the GOP obstruction of any attempt to regulate guns. We need to ban guns that are designed to shoot bullets at high velocity. We also need to ban high-capacity magazines. We need to have a national gun registry, background checks, and waiting periods. In addition, ensure that all weapons are only sold through a licensed dealer. Congress has had TEN YEARS since Sandy Hook to pass gun control laws. Start representing your constituents instead of lobbyists. There is too much corruption in Congress.
