It's way past time to repeal Tabor and get rid of the flat tax!

Given that Colorado is being forced to be more independent of the federal government then has ever been true in American history, Tabor, which was always a farce and a giveaway to the wealthy, needs to be revealed! It's plain and simple. Basic arithmetic. Flat taxes our regressive taxes. Low and moderate income earners pay more of the tax burden of the state than wealthy people. And not only should it be a progressive income tax structure, but Capital assets and passive earnings schemes should be taxed more highly than even income as they are almost exclusively the property of the wealthy who can more afford and who get more of the benefits of living in Colorado.
