Oppose Cuts to HUD

Without adequate HUD staff, critical projects supported by Republican earmarks could face delays, impacting communities that rely on them. Additionally, the cuts threaten to slow down disaster recovery, especially in Republican-led states, where timely funding is essential. These cuts also undermine Congress’s constitutional role in funding federal programs and are being used to offset tax breaks for billionaires. Reducing HUD’s capacity will make programs less effective, hurting vulnerable communities nationwide. I urge you to oppose these cuts and protect the vital services HUD provides to our communities.
