Investigate and Prosecute Susan Collins for Campaign Finance Corruption Launch an immediate state investigation into Susan Collins and individuals she is conspiring with immediately. According to ProPublica reporting, the FBI found evidence that a Hawaii defense contractor, Navatek, illegally funneled $150,000 to a pro-Collins super PAC and reimbursed donations to her campaign. That is not a technicality. That is a federal crime, and every person involved needs to be prosecuted. This cannot be treated as a partisan footnote. If a sitting senator or any politician accepted the benefit of illegal campaign contributions, the Senate Ethics Committee and the Justice Department need to act now. In addition our states attorney needs to act to act and investigate if this is happening in our own State. Collins is not the only one implicated here, and the investigation must follow every thread. No one who used public office to launder corrupt money should keep that office.
