I am asking you to sign these bills: SB 418 - Ensure Equal Access to Care for All SB 497 - Transgender State of Refuge SB 59 - Transgender Privacy Act AB 82 - Health Data Privacy and Safety AB 1084 - Transgender Records Act These bills protect health care and privacy for trans people. Some features: Protect medical records from subpoena and doxxing. Secure privacy rights by sealing trans gender and name changes. Allow scripts for a year's supply of hormones. Strengthen laws protecting equal access to healthcare.
