Do not send Ohio troops to DC. There is no reason for heightened security in DC. It's only purpose is intimidation and Ohio should have no role in helping to make the lives of DC residents, workers, and visitors unnecessarily stressful and tense because of military presence. The federal request for our troops is a clear breach of power given the lack of basis for it. Do not play into this silly game. Do not deploy our troops.
