Impose an arms embargo on Israel for bombing Beirut

The Israel airstrike targeting Beirut has resulted in an unacceptable loss of civilian lives, with hundreds killed and thousands more wounded across Lebanon. The bombardment of residential areas, hospitals and ambulances violates international humanitarian law. The escalating violence threatens to further destabilize the region and must be brought to an end through diplomatic means, not military action against civilian populations.
