Investigate and Prosecute Todd Blanche for Witness Bribery, Evidence Tampering, and Conspiracy

Open a criminal investigation into Attorney General Todd Blanche under Sections 30-24-3, 30-22-5, and 30-28-2 of New Mexico law. The public record already contains credible evidence of witness bribery, evidence tampering, and conspiracy — more than enough to meet the threshold for opening an investigation. Blanche personally interviewed Ghislaine Maxwell on July 24 and 25 of last year, with no independent prosecutor in the room, under immunity he granted. She cleared Trump and every prominent man around Epstein — answers that directly contradict Epstein's own emails, her trial record, and the perjury charges federal prosecutors filed against her. Within days of that interview, the Bureau of Prisons transferred her to a minimum-security camp that her sex offense conviction barred her from, bypassing a process that ordinarily takes months. House Judiciary Democrats reviewed 3.5 million pages of compelled disclosures and found not a single record documenting who authorized that transfer. The records exist — bureau policy requires them — and they are missing. That is evidence tampering under Section 30-22-5. The transfer itself is the "anything of value" Section 30-24-3 prohibits. The coordination required to pull it off is the combination Section 30-28-2 reaches. New Mexico reopened the Zorro Ranch investigation in February. Torrez has asked for the case file ten times and received 31 pages, mostly media clippings, despite Zorro Ranch appearing roughly 13,000 times in the released files. He sued on August 5 and named Blanche as a defendant. Three days later, the Senate confirmed Blanche 50 to 49.
