I’m urging the Senator to fight Trump’s illegal funding freeze with everything you've got. This is the most radical action a president has taken in modern history. Trump is shredding the Constitution, starving kids, evicting families, and pushing students out of school. I urge you to use every tool available to prevent the Senate from conducting business as usual while this funding freeze is in place, including: Opposing all Trump administration nominees Denying any requests for Unanimous Consent Opposing all Cloture Votes Requesting a Quorum Call at every possible opportunity Will you commit to grinding Senate business to a halt and refusing any cooperation until this unconstitutional power grab is stopped?
