Did Tulsi Gabbard commit voter fraud? Hold a hearing, remove her from DNI

Congress Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard signed a sworn declaration stating that she was a resident of the State of Texas. But then she voted in Hawaii. This looks like voter fraud and should be investigated and prosecuted. Remember that TX threw a woman in prison for 5 years after she voted accidentally? (She thought she was eligible and State officials told her she was eligible, but she was not.) Gabbard did it knowingly and on purpose. No one is above the law. A person who lies on a sworn statement and commits federal voter fraud lacks the integrity and character to be DNI. Hold hearings and make referrals. Remove Gabbard from her role as DNI.
