Oppose - Vote NO - Anna St. John for Federal Bench

Today I take pen in hand to write and urge you to oppose and vote NO on Trump nominee Anna St. John for the Federal bench in Louisiana. She’s simply another extremist that is morally and ethically challenged and will not serve the people, only corporations and likely Trump’s whims. St. John has spent her entire legal career silencing women in the workplace, attacking LGBTQ+ rights, and cutting off corporate accountability for everyday people. The chief disqualifying factor for her lifetime appointment is that she leads the Hamilton Legal Law Institute (HLLI), a far-right extremist organization that routinely files lawsuits to attack civil rights, undermine consumer protections, eliminate gender equality, and deny basic human rights. It’s basically a hate group that wears suits. St.John has also: Sided with corporations over consumers and workers Testified in support of forced arbitration and against victims of sexual harassment She’s consistently sided with the wealthy and powerful, and considering recent events, you have to wonder if she would help any of the many Epstein victims in her court. Has consistently expressed anti-civil rights amicus briefs, specifically that treat LGBTQ+ persons as second class citizens, not equal under the law. She has also sided and worked for a false front organization known as the “Center for Class Action Fairness” that is funded by billionaires and corporations notorious for their anti-union and anti-worker stance. She’s also clearly against racial justice. I could go on, but in short, she cannot be appointed. She has zero qualifications of fairness, equality or respect for the law. Vote NO. Let St. John go back to her private practice work, for money and her demented beliefs, not the reward of a lifetime appointment for the federal bench. Thank you.
