Protect our right to mask! It’s bad enough this state has left us to fend for ourselves with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic that is still killing and disabling New Yorkers, and it is bad enough that militarized police are called in on peaceful protestors. Do not give police any additional license to harass New Yorkers. Do not criminalize the only means we have to protect ourselves from the airborne pathogen that you left us to deal with on our own, without any policy support. I cannot believe you would criminalize mask wearing, it is a complete disgrace. Shame on you, Kathy Hochul.
