Retain FDA Expert Reviews of New Drugs! FDA advisory committees were formed in 1972. FDA actions have traditionally aligned with the expert review committee votes. Publishing "complete response letters" does not replace expert reviews. Expert review is necessary to write a comprehensive complete response letter. Advisory committees are an important resource! You can't MAHA by taking experts and science out of the equation. And advisory committee meetings, allow for public participation. Ending expert review is merely a strategy to consolidate power so that agencies are no longer accountable to outside experts or the public. I urge you to truly make America healthy again.
