Voices Unheard: A Call to End the Suffering of Gaza’s Children
9 so far! Help us get to 10 signers!
Every day, children in Gaza face a reality no child should know—living under the constant threat of violence, witnessing their homes destroyed, and losing family members in front of them. Malnourishment and medical shortages rob them of their health and dignity, while grief and fear steal the innocence of their youth. Their suffering is unimaginable, and yet it continues, largely unseen by those who could intervene.
For these children, America represents a distant force, one that supplies the weapons that bring devastation to their neighborhoods. It’s a stark contrast to the values of freedom and justice the U.S. so often claims to uphold. When will our leaders be moved by the humanity of these children? When will it be enough to shift the focus from arming wars to advocating for peace?
Our government has a moral responsibility to protect, not to perpetuate harm. We must call for a complete halt to the support of violent actions against Gaza and Lebanon and instead channel our resources towards humanitarian aid, diplomacy, and justice. Hold ourselves and Israel accountable to international laws. These children have lost too much already. If we truly value human life, it is time we acted to protect it.
As a deeply concerned advocate for Palestinian rights, I demand that the U.S. government cease its complicity in the ongoing genocide funded by American tax dollars. Israel's actions constitute war crimes, and it is imperative that we no longer consider such a state an ally of the United States.
Congress must:
▪︎ Address the blatant human rights violations against the Palestinian people.
▪︎ Take action for a permanent ceasefire now.
▪︎ Restore funding to UNRWA.
▪︎ Halt all weapons transfers and sales to Israel.
▪︎ Prevent U.S. involvement in a broader war.
I strongly urge Senators vote in favor of a Joint Resolution of Disapproval regarding the proposed $20 billion arms package for Israel.
This November, my vote will reflect my stance against genocide. I expect a prompt and clear response to these urgent demands.
Free Palestine!
