Clear Cannabis Convictions

California is continuing to fail in it's duty to uphold justice. Tens of thousands of cannabis convictions are still not sealed. This is despite the order going in effect in 2018. Some counties have cleared none. This is racism pure and simple. The vast majority of people effected are Black, Indigenous, and People of Color. They are victims of policies specifically targeting them. We are supposed to be doing something about that but despite it being the 4th year since the law was passed the convictions remain.
