I am writing to urge you to fight against HR 1319 2025 The Modern Worker Empowerment Act. This bill is not about helping the workers. It's about providing the vague language to give employers the opportunity to reclassify employees into independent contractors, in order to take away their protections and benefits. I strongly encourage you to oppose this bill. Thank you for all you do to protect the workers.
