I would like you to reject SB 34 I have some concerns about it. Titled Air pollution: South Coast Air Quality Management District. Section 40453. (1)(D) allows a process for deadline extensions, this is a bad idea, the rest of the world is leaving us behind in reducing emissions and we cannot delay further. Section 40453 (2)(A) prevents caps on cargo or cruise passengers, if we need to limit those things, even temporarily, to reach our goals we should do so. Thanks.
