NO on the continuing resolution

I urge you to vote NO on the continuing budget resolution. The minority party rarely has leverage, but on this occasion you do. You can tell the Executive Branch, loud and clear, that while they continue to impound funds that were duly budgeted by congress and trample the norms and checks and balances of our constitution, we will not vote to approve one dime of money for this charade. You know perfectly well that if the situation were reversed this is what the other party would do. They are not playing by the rules, not even close. It's time to stop trying to be polite to these bullies. Vote NO on cloture and NO on the continuing resolution.
