Do not capitulate on the Ukraine - Russia war.  Russian aggression started this war and they should not be rewarded for it.  Ukraine and its people have suffered significantly since Russia started this war.  The US needs to stand by Ukraine instead of allowing a lame duck president to surrender to a Russian dictator.
