This further increases More working class people are struggling, the middle class has shrunk, and trillions of dollars have shifted to the wealthy elite at the expense of the l ower 99 percent. It is time for an equality in shared costs and support to the poor and middle class. Scrapping the Social Security cap would be a start on this. I urge you to support this and review the Social Security 2100 Act as a guideline for this.
