I'm very pleased to read that the Senate Judiciary Committee advanced the Supreme Court Ethics, Recusal, and Transparency Act S. 359 (SCERT). As long as conservative Republicans are not allowed to tarnish it with undermining ammendments and if it goes to the floor for a vote, I would like you to support SCERT. I urge you to become a co-sponsor and do everything in your power to pass it through the Senate. We need logical and enforceable ethics guidelines for SCOTUS. SCERT should improve transparency and accountability. I believe that SCERT is a step in the right direction. Thank you.
