Protect Reproductive Freedom: Support EACH Act, H.R.27 and H.R.28

It is imperative that Congress get LOUD and RELENTLESSLY pursue the legislation below that protects women in the face of the extremist right-wing states that are currently denying access to lifesaving medication: The Equal Access to Abortion Coverage in Healthcare (EACH) Act would repeal the Hyde Amendment and lift unjust abortion overage restrictions for those dependent on Medicaid and other government-sponsored health plans. H.R.27 condemns all forms of political violence targeting reproductive healthcare facilities. H.R.28 condemns the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey and reaffirms a commitment to advancing reproductive justice and judicial reform. We are all under attack when reproductive rights are at stake, and I beseech you to speak out and take action. State laws are not enough to protect us. The Federal government must act now.
