Skipping NATO, Mocking Ukraine Makes Us Weaker

NATO needs U.S. leadership, and disengagement risks instability, as warned by former Defense Secretary Leon Panetta. Both parties must agree that U.S. security shouldn’t be compromised by partisanship.
