Restore Teen Pregnancy Prevention Funding — Don't Leave Teens Without Resources

Restore the $67 million in Teen Pregnancy Prevention Program funding that HHS just gutted. Cutting 53 of 67 TPP grants doesn't protect teenagers — it abandons them, and the communities hit hardest are communities of color, where teen pregnancy already creates the steepest barriers to education, economic stability, and health outcomes.
Teen pregnancy is not a neutral outcome. It derails young people's futures, strains families, and concentrates generational disadvantage in the communities that can least absorb it. The replacement funding — $63.4 million with vague language about "body literacy" — is not a substitute for evidence-based programs that have measurable track records. Pulling proven resources from teens in the name of protecting them is not a health policy. It's a political one.
Push back on this decision. Demand that HHS restore funding to effective TPP grantees and stop treating teen pregnancy prevention as a culture war target. These are children's lives and futures at stake.
