Fund DHS Without ICE, CBP, or the SAVE Act Attached

Fund DHS immediately, excluding ICE and Customs and Border Protection, and do not attach the SAVE Act. TSA workers haven't been paid in over a month. Security lines at major airports are stretching to three hours. This is a manufactured crisis, and travelers and federal workers are paying the price. The SAVE Act is flawed and un-American. Voter ID requirements have no place in a homeland security funding bill. These are separate issues. Trump is not a dictator who gets to hold airport security hostage until he gets his way on unrelated legislation. I oppose funding ICE and CBP. These agencies have demonstrated a pattern of civil rights violations and family separations that don't align with my values. Fund TSA, FEMA, the Coast Guard, and other critical DHS functions that actually keep people safe without militarizing our communities. Pass clean DHS funding for essential services now. Debate election policy separately. Stop using federal workers as bargaining chips.
