Demand Full Release of Epstein Files & Support Congressional Oversight

I am writing to urge you to support aggressive congressional oversight of the Department of Justice regarding the Jeffrey Epstein investigation files. The recent release of newly unsealed Justice Department documents demonstrates that critical information exists, but the DOJ continues to delay releasing all of the documents Congress has required and excessively redacted a large part of what has been released. This pattern of delay undermines public trust and prevents accountability.
Every withheld document reinforces legitimate concerns that accountability is being traded for political convenience. When agencies control the timeline of transparency, they gain the power to bury inconvenient truths. The integrity of our justice system depends on transparency, not selective releases that protect powerful interests.
Congress has both the authority and the responsibility to end this pattern of obstruction. I urge you to co-sponsor and vocally support the efforts of Representative Thomas Massie, Representative Ro Khanna, and Senator Jeff Merkley to obtain the full and minimally-redacted Epstein files. These members are leading the fight for transparency, and they need your support. Specifically, I ask that you demand immediate release of documents, hold public hearings to compel DOJ officials to explain the current delay and any redactions, and use Congress's subpoena power to force compliance. Justice delayed is justice denied. The families of victims, the American public, and the integrity of our institutions all demand action now. Will you stand with those demanding accountability?
