Investigate 2024 Election Data Anomalies and Protect 2026 Midterm Integrity

Investigate the data anomalies documented on election night 2024 and take concrete steps to protect the integrity of the 2026 midterms. Between 9:30 p.m. and 9:33 p.m. on election night, publicly reported totals showed Donald Trump's count jumping from 46,219,886 to 87,665,393, a difference of over 41 million votes in three minutes. That is not a rounding error. It demands an explanation grounded in the underlying records.
States including Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and New York have the legal authority to obtain election records, examine vendor access, and reconstruct how data moved from tabulation through public reporting and certification. That authority should be used now, before the 2026 midterms. The questions being asked are basic cybersecurity questions: who had access, what systems communicated with one another, and whether the numbers transmitted from one system to the next were accurate.
We need overwhelming turnout in November, vigilant citizens, and transparent reporting. We also need candidates prepared to challenge genuine irregularities through the appropriate legal channels. If results defy polling expectations and there is evidence of vote totals moving backward or other significant data anomalies, answers must be demanded immediately, not weeks later after challenge deadlines have passed. Asking the public to trust a system is not the same as demonstrating that the system deserves that trust.
