States must protect citizens from ICE.

ICE murdered another US citizen in Minneapolis on the morning of Jan 24.  Video evidence, from various angles and bystanders, show agents surrounding and attacking an individual, who had been calmly observing the agents.  The agents forced the individual to the ground before firing several rounds at him while he was laying prone on the street.  Our state must demand that ICE must be dismantled and the agents responsible for this murder be brought to justice.  Furthermore, our state must take immediate action to protect our local citizens and neighbors and to prevent the same tragedy from unfolding here. Some simple steps such as ordering all local law enforcement to cease cooperation with ICE and requiring all law enforcement or federal agents to be unmasked and clearly identifiable while on duty would go a long way to ensure accountability.
