ISRAELI TERRORIST ATTACKS IN LEBANON ARE UNACCEPTABLE

I am deeply concerned about this administration's seemingly likely involvement in the recent series of terrorist attacks in Lebanon where consumer electronic devices were outfitted with explosives. Associated Press reported an official from this administration, speaking anonymously, has advised that Israel briefed the United States about this terrorist attack. State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller stating this administration “was not aware of this incident in advance”, and that our government was not involved appears to be yet another act of lip service to obsufcate this administration's role in these terrorist attacks. 25 were murdered yesterday, 9/18, and 12 on Tuesday. Approximately 3,000 total have been injured. One of those who were murdered on Tuesday was 9-year-old Fatima Abdullah. One of the hospital workers at the Al-Rassoul al-Azzam Hospital in south Beirut was also murdered. I do not care if the intended targets are "terrorists" by this administration's definition - this has had disproportionate effects on civilians. This is yet another war crime committed by Israel. I demand you do everything in your power to: – Hold Israel accountable to a permanent, immediate ceasefire and for their repeat violations of international law – Call for the immediate end of Israel’s occupation and apartheid - Support Palestinians in their fight for freedom and peace – Secure the immediate release and safety of all hostages, including Palestinians held by Israel in "military prisons", including those whose indefinite detention began prior to 10/7 – Permanently end all monetary, diplomatic, and military aid given to Israel and enforce U.S. laws like Leahy Law and the Arms Export Control Act – Resume full funding of UNRWA and allocate more funds to aid humanitarian efforts to rebuild Gaza, and provide Palestinians with the resources to survive and thrive – Immediately withdraw all U.S. troops, military assets, and all other assets deployed throughout the Middle East and cease all actions that further escalate a larger regional conflict - Void all anti-BDS laws and other laws that infringe on my right to freedom of speech to criticize any political ideology or country, and to use my money in ways that align with my values
