Vote to Protect Your Constituents In The New Budget

I am your constituent and I want you to stand firm and protect us, your constituents who are least able to protect ourselves. Estimates are that 16 million will lose health insurance, 22 million will have nutrition assistance cut back and now some new rules being sent around Washington want to remove housing assistance from 4 million. Continuing resolutions to keep the government open that do not restore Medicaid, nutrition assistance, make permanent the Affordable Care Act subsidies for low income families need to be a non starter. While I have your attention please make sure that housing subsidies for the poor stay in place and that the plan to allow Traditional Medicare to use AI & prior authorizations to deny care gets no funding. I know that is a lot to ask but we, your Constituents of all ages are being hurt and we need you to protect us. Thank you.
