Statehood for DC and representation for All.

the District of Colombia deserves statehood. They qualify better than several existing states. They qualify better than several combined. The senate was gerrymandered long ago and it is long past time some of that was mitigated. In addition the american colonies and native american groups should be granted voting representatives regardless of statehood. They deserve representation. Puerto Rico should be granted statehood if they choose to accept it and be given state protections either way. We have been exploiting people for our entire history and the United States needs to stop. Let's start putting an end to settler colonialism.
