An open letter to the U.S. Congress

Anyone on US Soil is Constitutionally Entitled to Due Process

1 so far! Help us get to 5 signers!

As a constitutional scholar, Senator Lee should know this better than anyone, but it seems Congress has some questions about what is in the constitution. Though I am not a constitutional scholar, I do know how to read, and the question of whether an illegal immigrant in the US is constitutionally entitled to due process is depressingly ignorant. Anyone on US soil is entitled to due process, regardless of how they arrived, and neither the President nor Congress can revoke that right. Please stand up and fight for the constitution.
