On February 12, Trump nominated Kathleen Sgamma to be the Director of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). Sgamma of the Western Energy Alliance, who have a vested interest in getting public lands opened up for drilling. More drilling is a short term gain, long term pain move, pushing us further towards climate crisis and away from the direction we need to be moving to save the planet: towards renewable energy and green vehicles. Please oppose the candidacy of Sgamma for the sake of the planet.
