Trump's defiant arch: illegal, tyrannical. Make Mike Johnson sue to stop it

Trump's "triumphal arch" is illegal. The plan, the diverted funding, the location, the lack of planning approval from the required bodies--- it is an affront to all the fallen in Arlington National Cemetery. It is also a test for Congress. Congress has not appropriated funds for this preposterous erection. Nor has it granted permission under the Commemorative works act. In short: the plan is ILLEGAL and UNCONSTITUTIONAL. How much more law-breaking, lies, contempt for Congress's constitutional powers and defiance of tradition and decency will this Congress permit? Will Congress allow Trump to commit all the 27 abuses of mad King George that are listed in the 3rd part of the Declaration of Independence? Will you allow all Congressional powers over appropriations and tariffs and war powers to be usurped by mad king Trump? It's not just an arch: the plan is the architectural embodiment of tyranny. I ask you to contact Speaker Mike Johnson and demand that he bring a suit to halt it immediately.
