Banning corporate PAC money in political campaigns, ensuring public financing of elections to limit the influence of wealthy donors. 2. It seeks to overturn the disastrous Citizens United ruling that equated money with free speech, allowing unchecked dark money to corrupt the political process. 3. This resolution also advocates for vital reforms like automatic voter registration, making Election Day a national holiday, ending partisan gerrymandering, and implementing ranked choice voting to better reflect the will of the people. It also enacts a ban of stock trading by members of Congress, and a lifetime ban on lobbying once they leave office.
