I was very impressed with the show of solidarity by the European leaders who accompanied Zelenskyy to the meeting with you to discuss peace in Ukraine. They all see that Putin, who was the aggressor and started this war, has territorial ambitions beyond Ukraine. You may not have noticed but it was reported that Sergei Lavrov wore a t-shirt with CCCP on it—Russian for USSR. This was an allusion to Russia’s past and its ambitions for the future. Russia must be held in check. Many fear that Poland would be next. Please don’t be the Neville Chamberlain of the 21st century. Chamberlain was the man who believed and appeased Hitler. After Chamberlain felt that he had an agreement with Hitler that he would not continue to invade other countries, Hitler turned around and began hi conquest of Europe. His name lives on in shame. You don’t want that legacy. Don’t be the appeaser. Putin is not your friend. Support Ukraine.
