I am writing to strongly urge you to vote NO on Trump's proposed funding rescissions for NPR and PBS. These cuts threaten 13 million Americans who depend on these stations for lifesaving emergency information! Cherished educational programs that empower our children will disappear. Allowing these rescissions would set a precedent that could give Trump the power to completely deny funds appropriated by Congress! Please protect essential programs and your power of the purse by voting against the rescissions package.
