Prove Life & Lucidity for McConnell Before Another Vote in Absentia

Congress has the right and obligation to insist that before any vote can be cast in the name of Mitch McConnell you obtain not only proof he is alive, but also conscious and aware of what he is voting on. Do not allow his staff or Thune to vote on his behalf. Respect the constitution and require convincing evidence that he is alive and cognitively aware of his actions. It shouldn't be difficult to prove he is alive and lucid if that is in fact true. If no proof is able to be produced then you must assume he's either dead or no longer able to function in his role as a sitting US Senator and he must be replaced.
