Stop tariffs NOW!

Tariffs simply add costs to be paid by American consumers, and will have little effect except to increase the likelihood of a recession or depression for the United States. A trade war with Canada and Mexico is a terrible idea, which appears even more foolish given that the United States negotiated a new trade agreement during Trump's previous administration. Congress should do everything it can to stop this senseless and harmful trade war, including the removal of these harmful tariffs on Canadian and Mexican goods and services.
