The best and brightest don’t even know their constitutional laws. Do better!

I thought you said you only employ the best people, the smartest people, and the most competent? Why is it then that during judge appointment hearings, your nominees couldn’t speak to the 22nd amendment and could not commit to supporting term limits for POTUS? How is it possible that someone eligible for a federal judge position doesn’t know basic constitutional law that our children learn in middle school? Are these honestly the best and brightest choices? And if so, when will you be funding higher education so we can shoot a little higher in the future?
