Who is actually running the country??

This letter is a direct demand—not a request—for answers. The American people have watched President Donald Trump repeatedly appear to fall asleep during official events, public ceremonies, and televised briefings. These are not isolated moments. They are a pattern, and that pattern raises an urgent, unavoidable question: Who is actually running the United States government right now? This is a constitutional crisis hiding in plain sight. If the President cannot stay awake, cannot stay engaged, and cannot perform the most basic functions of the office in front of the entire world, then Congress has a duty to determine who is exercising presidential authority behind the scenes.
